Dionne has been with the Rockwood Team from the start. Her primary role is to work with applicants to understand their specific needs and help structure a financial plan that works for them. Dionne also continues to work with the applicant throughout their term to ensure everyone is on track to achieve the transfer of title. Dionne’s strong listening skills ability to structure focus orientated goals make her the perfect fit for the Rockwood Team.

Felipe Barker

Credit Consultant & Assessment

Felipe is our numbers guy. It is his job to review the applications and see what strengths can help our clients get approval. Felipe has years of experience in the lending field and his unique ability to think outside the box makes him a huge asset to the team.

Cassandra is often the voice on the phone or the person responding to the emails. Cassandra’s primary role is making sure the day to day operations run smoothly. Her calm demeanor, hardworking attitude and apt communication skills make her an important part of the team.
